Sometimes relationships do not work, but it never has to do with cheating or extra-marital affairs unless one partner wants to be in monogamous relationship or one person does not. One or both can “cheat” if monogamy is not the issue, and everything can be fine. So think about things, and see if there is anyway that you both could want the same things. thank You. We may work some issues in couples therapy if we can get there. My fear is that the session will just be some morbid forum in which we say our painful farewells. My hope is that we discover we can communicate in new and better ways that make life more enjoyable and rewarding together.
